Photoshoot

So I got a new lens for my camera... Yea, you know we were gonna have a photoshoot! I bribed the kids with a special treat of Cheetohs if they would pose for me. :) So they were willing to abandon the tv, basketball, video games and coloring just for little ol' me and a serving of Cheetohs. And so I busted out a fabulous peice of fabric and my new camera lens and here's what I got! Not too shabby for a 30 minute shoot. Can't live without 'em!

Guess what we did!

Yep, we got another dog! We are crazy, but it was too good to pass up. She was potty trained and free!
We think she is a German Short Haired Pointer/Lab Mix. At first, we thought Pit Bull, but she is
not as block-headed as they are. She also is constantly doing that whole leg-up pointing thing when we go outside. Like, "Yes, over there! There is something exciting over there. Let me sniff it out!"
She is really sweet and so far, getting along with the family. Shego, the cat is the only one that doesn't care for our decision. She will get over it eventually! :) Her name is Bindi, like Bindi Irwin. Yeah, well, she looks like she could be an Aussie! :)

My photography business is blooming and growing and changing! It is all very exciting! You should go see my new website. www.CapturedPhotoGallery.com I went to the Home and Heart Marketplace and got my name and my face out there for all the Prescottonians to see. It was a great experience.

Kip and I just celebrated my 30th birthday together with a huge progressive dinner with about 30 of our closest friends and we took the Prescott's Red Trolley as the transportation! What a blast. Our 12th wedding anniversary is coming up in February... Crazy! I can't believe it has been 12 years! It goes fast!

Rocky Point, Mexico! We had a good vacation in Mexico... it was a little cold, but it was December for cryin' out loud! What can you expect? We had the most fun in the tide pools and on the quads. What a blast!

Summer is moving right along. I've been busy painting and redoing the house and keeping the kids busy. They are cute, but they are making me work! Haha! 

Our family is having fun in our new busy time. We have Tball 3 days a week and we're keeping busy the rest of the time just having fun as a family... With work for Kip, school for Isaak and running around doing errands and photography for me and just plain fun for Gracie, I'd say that's enough for our family for now. 

Gracie is having too much fun with Uncle Darren.
